Thoughts on absinthe-tasting no. 1

 
 

By now I’ve written 5 reviews and what I’ve come to understand so far is: This is kind of hard -.- I’ve proven to myself once again that I’m not very good at separating tastes or aromas, and there is a lot of the ingredients that I don’t even know what they smell or taste like… or even look like! Should I buy the most common herbs and nibble on them? I could really use someone more experienced that know all this stuff to teach me, but I imagine a person like that won’t exactly fall into my lap saying ”At your service, sir!”, so you will have to make do with my somewhat wanting reviews a while longer.
